Testimonials

"I had a massage with Tyler and he was so great! So professional and a ton of knowledge." – SP

"Well, that was a wonderful experience!" – LD

"I couldn't have enjoyed my massage with Tyler more! He was lovely, professional, skilled, and was happy to share his knowledge." – SE

"I was thrilled with my experience with my recent massage. Tyler's technique was professional, comforting, effective, relaxing, and soothing. The warm table was so welcoming on a cold day, the scent of eucalyptus was fresh and clean, but the BioFreeze was heavenly after he massaged my shoulders. Looking forward to treating myself again."
– BM

"RUN, don't walk! I limped my way into the session with a variety of muscle aches and a bad knee. Ninety minutes later, I wasn't limping. Tyler and Karen do make a great team!" – KD

Massage FAQs

  • Your massage therapist will ask which level of pressure you prefer. In short, your massage should NOT be painful or uncomfortable. Feel free to interrupt your practitioner at any time if the pressure is too light or too deep. Different areas of your body may be able to tolerate various levels of pressure. Your massage therapist will also learn which parts of your body are more tolerant of pressure than others. If there’s an area you don’t want to be worked on, please let them know.

  • We require every customer to complete a confidential health history form prior to your session. This is reviewed by our practitioner and they will also perform an in-person consultation and may ask questions about your pain or injury. Tyler has extensive experience with pain & injury relief and is passionate about tackling these issues while keeping you comfortable.

  • Our practitioner will give you post-session personalized guidance regarding hydration, gentle stretching, and other self-care techniques. He loves to assign homework so you get the most out of your session! Drinking lots of water is always important after any massage or bodywork.

  • Item descriptionWe want all customers to be comfortable in our space. Tyler has exquisite draping techniques to ensure optimal modesty. Undress to your comfort level; our therapist will tell you how to lay on the table, under the covers, and then leave the room while you’re undressing.
